You will recall from our Q1 2013 Quick Stats Report that, “Danfo nuisance” constituted more than 10% (actually 35 reports) of Major Causes of traffic. And when you drive around Lagos, you begin to wonder if these guys are invisible to the LASTMA, Police or Traffic Wardens, as they are allowed to jump the traffic lights, park and pick passengers anyhow and anywhere.

Or is there an immunity clause in the new Lagos Traffic Law? Somebody must have answers.
