Toronto(Canada) an advanced nation witnesses a heavy downpour of about 90mm which resulted in flooding almost the whole city,cause is ascertained to be accompanied by Hurricane-haze level called a  natural disaster.Lagos(Nigeria) a populated city in a developing nation on the other hand hosts flooding at even 50-75mm precipitation 90mm being the heaviest on the average and causes of the flooded areas are pointed at inappropriate disposal of waste and blocked drainage ways thereby resulting in traffic difficulties especially in Lagos.
